Interaction events

Navigation and interactions that help you understand how buyers use the channel. Unless stated otherwise, parameters are inside ecommerce, together with the common parameters.

Page View​

The buyer moves to another page of the channel. The channel is a single-page application, so this event replaces a page reload. Use it as the page view trigger for tools that do not track browser history changes.

Path of the new page, including its query string. It is a top-level key, not inside ecommerce.

buy_tickets​

The buyer clicks the button to buy tickets.

open_cart​

The buyer opens the cart.

ob_snackbar_triggeredboolean
Whether the cart was opened from the notification shown after adding items.

edit_cart​

The buyer edits the cart.

edit_session_date​

The buyer uses the date picker to change the session.

select_list_element​

The buyer selects an element, such as a sector, in the list shown next to the venue map.

item_list_namestring
Name of the selected element.

select_map_element​

The buyer selects an element on the venue map.

item_list_namestring
Identifier of the selected element.

open_3d_view​

The buyer opens the 3D view of their seat or zone.

ob_venue_idstring
Code of the venue in the 3D view.
ob_view_idstring
Code of the opened view.
