Errors and timeouts

Problems that stop a buyer from completing a purchase. Use them to find where buyers drop out. These events carry only the common parameters in ecommerce.

purchase-error

The payment fails and the error page is shown.

form_errors

The buyer submits a form that has validation errors.

timeout

The time to complete the purchase runs out and the reserved seats are released.

timeout_action

The buyer chooses an option in the dialog shown when the time runs out.
